Chicken Parmesan

Chicken Parmesan
2-4 medium to large boneless skinless chicken breasts ( or 4-6 small)
1/2 C Italian seasoned bread crumbs (or you can buy a bag of croutons and crush them in your blender)
1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Table olive oil
1 egg, beaten
Sliced or shredded mozzarella cheese
favorite jarred marinara sauce

preheat oven to 375. Spread the olive oil into the bottom of 9x13 pan. Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and paper in shallow dish or plate. Beat egg in small bowl. Dip the chicken in the egg then cover in the bread crumb mixture; place in pan. After all chicken is in the pan place cheese on top of each piece. Pour the jar of marinara sauce over chicken and cheese. Bake for 45min to an hour depending on how thick you chicken is. Serve over hot noodles.
