Tin Foil Dinner AKA Hobo Dinner

There are so many ways to make a Hobo dinner.  What I love about them is the kids can choose what they want in their dinner.

Chicken Hobo Dinner
Ingredients:
1 can cream of chicken or cream of broccoli soup
1 chicken breast for each dinner
tater tots*
Veggie i.e. carrots; celery; green pepper; mushrooms, etc
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Place the chicken in a large piece of tin foil add a spoonful of soup then add whatever veggies you want. Add Salt and Pepper.

Wrap up your dinner in a couple pieces of tin foil. Be sure to mark whose dinner is whose.

Cook over hot coals for 20-30mins OR bake at 375 for an hour.

*I like tater tots instead of potatoes. Potatoes take longer to cook and often times they don't cook all the way through. But, if you prefer potatoes you can use 1 small red potato cut up per dinner.

Beef Hobo Dinner
